“Creature Feature” Workshop on October 13th Will Take the Fright out of Marketing

If promoting your company has proven to be a spooky task, make sure you don’t miss out on the upcoming thriller workshop, “Marketing Your Business in Scary Times”. On Tuesday, October 13th, Leza Raffel of The Communication Solutions Group and Lisa Peskin of Sales Evolution will be hosting a ninety minute workshop, easing the fears of this vital business practice. The “creature feature” will be held at the Hiway Theater in Jenkintown at 8:00 am. (212 Old York Road)

The breakfast session will focus on ways to successfully promote a business in today’s economy without relying on a “monster” budget. Key points to be addressed will be developing and promoting your unique selling point, defining and accessing your target market, setting realistic marketing goals, maximizing your message through public relations, cost-cutting strategies for direct mail and advertising, and the top 10 ways to take the fear out of selling.

The complimentary program will be among one of the many events to take place as part of this year’s Best of the Burbs 16 series hosted by the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. Best of the Burbs will run from October 2nd to October 25th showcasing a variety of organizations in Montgomery County.
