150th Anniversary Celebration of Church of Our Saviour
Episcopal Church of Our Saviour 150th Anniversary
This year, The Episcopal Church of Our Saviour in Jenkintown is celebrating 150 years of worship and fellowship. Sunday Nov. 9, there will be a re-dedication of the church by Bishop Edward Lee during Evensong service. Come early for an “open house†at 3:00 PM, service at 4:00 PM, and a light reception afterward in the Parish House. All are welcome, no RSVP necessary. Also, visit the historic church building, including a choir room by famed architect Frank Furness and a stained glass window by renowned artisan John LaFarge, during the Jenkintown Library’s House Tour on Saturday Nov. 15.
