The Jenkintown Project will be presenting “All Things Close to Home” a musical portrait of – you know it, you love it, you live it … Jenkintown, PA. The Jenkintown Project is a community-based portrait of a small town seen through the lens of music, folklore, and oral history. This community event will celebrate the release of the Jenkintown Project’s CD of original music and accompanying book of stories and song, along with live musical performances, storytelling, and photographs. The event is on January 13th at 8PM at Church of Our Savior on Old York & Homestead Roads . Tickets are $8 at the door. Come out and support this community arts and humanities project.
